How funny, I'm on my TOM too! I do the same exercises that I normally do. If I'm feeling particularly crampy, I try to do some stretching exercises aside from my normal workouts though... I'm *temporarily* up a pound from lovely TOM, but it's helping me to be VERY good and OP with my eating (exercise is no problem for me to keep up with )... so I'm hoping for the whoosh when it's over! Do you do your normal exercises Carissa?
It's crazy how so many of us are on TOM right around now! ha ha!

I try to stay with the same exercises & intensity... I've tried doing more walking than usual, it seems to help the cramping. Mostly I just get lazy and have to force myself to do anything, haha!

mkendrick - The body does crazy things.. but you are definitely on the right track! Keep it up girl, those 10 lbs will be GONE in no time! It's so awesome that you're this close to goal!!

Scatterheart - I lost quickly in the beginning.. 10 lbs is a big goal, but you can tackle it FOR SURE! And what a great way to start your journey!!

Missita - woo woo!! congratulations!! TOM can be so annoying! but its great that you're moving down and OUT OF THE 180s!!!

Hey ladies!! I hope you're all having a good week!!

So I dunno if I should thank my recent chest cold or what, but this morning I was down to 205 which means I only have 6 more pounds til goal! I'm pretty excited.

Mkendrick- You're doing so great, even if your weightloss does stall you are sooooo close to goal. You should be very proud of yourself.

Feral- Good job on the 2lb loss!!

Fashinjunkie- You're doing great!! I'm sure you are gonna meet your goal. And the halfway point is such a huge accomplishment!

And wow, it really seems like the rest of you ladies are TOM which stinks, but isn't that great big whoosh loss the best?? I was sick last week and had TOM and I think that's why one morning all of the sudden I was 5lbs lighter. I'm sure you're all gonna have great numbers for your next weigh in!

missita - Hey, 179 is totally out of the 180s and definitely something to celebrate!! woo hoo!

carissa - You're a brave lady! If I cramp too badly, I tend to curl up on the couch and watch a movie... good for you for getting moving!

qtest - You're doing great also! And so close to onederland!!!

Go katiecron!!

I have been going really good with food/water/working out this week. I am really proud of myself. I have worked out everyday and managed to make it through a weekend (wed/thurs/friday for me!) with only having 2 glasses of wine. woot! go me!

Back to work tomorrow, got a big week this week. I hope i can continue to fit in work outs!

Going to weigh in tomorrow or the next day, will update then!

Is it ok for me to change my GW? Hm, I suppose so since it is my personal goal. I got a new scale and on that one, I'm 10 pounds heavier. So, first day of Spring goal is now set to 199! Being in Onederland will be awesome.

Just a 1 pound loss this week. I spent 2 days at the beach in Clearwater Florida and 2 days over my calorie goal. I got back on track right away, and stayed on the low side of my calorie goal the rest of the week and upped the intensity on my exercise. 1 pound lost is better than nothing!

such a late reply, haha sorry.
yeah they have pavillions/"houses" for all the countries, and you can go party with the countries and people there.. on top of that, there are streets closed downtown at our huge tourist areas for people to walk around on the streets.. there's light shows at night time, at like 4 different locations (all different types too!) and then there's huge screen tvs scattered at a lot of venues for people to watch the events with other people or just watch at home!
it's awesome.. they've provided a lot of free stuff to do (also a ZIPLINE!) but the free stuff sometimes has huge lineups.. oh well!

i've been off the site for a few days.. had to have a couple 'cheat' days to break through a plateau and allow my body to get used to the low calories i DO eat because the weight wasn't coming off easily... so yesterday was my first full day back eating healthy.

Good morning everyone!
Hope you're all doing well!

I'm really excited today as I've FINALLY managed to get the scale moving! Seems like just under 1400 calories per day works for me, so I'll be aiming for that in the following week too.

Hi ladies!

SW: 166.2
CW: 162.8 (yay!)
GW: 159.5
Remaining: 3.3 lbs

So I'm back down to 162's, can't wait to change my ticker but I'm gonna wait til tomorrow's official WI.

Welcome, katie!

Jess, of course you can change your goal! I did it once already because I felt like maybe I had set too high of a goal, but now mine is totally reachable. And I am sorry to hear about the new scale reading 10 lbs heavier, that truly sucks! But good for you for not letting it get you down and keeping on working toward your goal. You'll be in Onderland soon no doubt!!

utgirl, 1 lb loss is great! Good job on getting back on track so fast!

Snow, wow 3 lbs is awesome you go girl!

missy, looks like you are doing great I hope you were able to break through that plateau!

maenad, don't get too frustrated, a .5 lb loss is great! And that salad sounds amazing I looove goat cheese!

Sanna, good for you for figuring out what works for you and sticking with it!

Sorry if I missed anyone, but it looks like everyone is doing great even though TOM is visiting many of us (myself included). Keep up the hard work ladies, we can do this!
