I can't give up potatoes...in any form
. I like baked, mashed, french fries, chips...mmm. But I've learned to save them for special occasions. I don't need them with every meal like I used to have
. Moderation is key right?
I used to hate the fat free ranch but I tried one at a friends house and was shocked it didn't taste much different. I don't think it was the fat free version-just less calories? It was like 70 calories per serving v. 120. I wish I could remember the name and brand bc I would recommend at least giving it a whirl. I also highly recommend the 100 calorie packs because it lets you have the foods you love but makes sure you eat them in moderation. I mean if you have a bag of smartfood it's hard to stop yourself after 1 serving. But if you have a small bag of it, you'll stop when it's empty! It has really helped me...
The one thing I will not give up? Sugar! The sugar replacement stuff scares me. It just doesn't seem natural...I dunno. Plus it has a weird after taste. So I don't think it's worth it...
