There are actually very few things I did give up. I stopped drinking pepsi and eating candy. The other unhealthy stuff I just eat less of but wont give up.
Trying to give up certain food just makes me get sick of watching other people eat them and falling off the wagon.

Three words:

Original Coca Cola

I can't live with out it! Admittedly, I have cut right down to a can a day? But nothing tastes as good...

...butter How untrendy of me! Butter is not a problem for me as I use very little of it about twice a week, and I hate the taste of margarine so much I'd rather go with nothing than eat it.

I cannot/will not give up milk/cream in my coffee. I hate how black coffee tastes.

I can't give up potatoes...in any form . I like baked, mashed, french fries, chips...mmm. But I've learned to save them for special occasions. I don't need them with every meal like I used to have . Moderation is key right?

I used to hate the fat free ranch but I tried one at a friends house and was shocked it didn't taste much different. I don't think it was the fat free version-just less calories? It was like 70 calories per serving v. 120. I wish I could remember the name and brand bc I would recommend at least giving it a whirl. I also highly recommend the 100 calorie packs because it lets you have the foods you love but makes sure you eat them in moderation. I mean if you have a bag of smartfood it's hard to stop yourself after 1 serving. But if you have a small bag of it, you'll stop when it's empty! It has really helped me...

The one thing I will not give up? Sugar! The sugar replacement stuff scares me. It just doesn't seem natural...I dunno. Plus it has a weird after taste. So I don't think it's worth it...
