I'm kind of like you and gained all over and seem to be losing it the same way. I had a breast reduction in '02 from an F to fairly big C's and they havent changed one bit (not even when I was pregnant though). I think with the amount of weight you want to lose, loose skin shouldnt be too much of a problem as long as you are losing slow and steady

When I start to lose its defiantly from the upper body first.
Mostly my belly.. where all the bad fat is that's surrounding my organs!
My lower body has started to shift but most of it was top half first.
Also I dont think you have much to worry about with excess skin... you aren't significantly overweight so I think you should be okay
