1. At least 15 minutes of some form of exercise for 6 days a week
2. Drink more water
3. Wake up for 5:30 am workouts during the week
4. Lose 5 pounds
5. Go to bed by 9 pm latest during the week

January 18: cleaned for about 4 hrs, walked outside with the kids for 30 mins
