Yep, I'm in. I know what you mean about the rate of loss slowing down quite a bit. I think that's natural, though, and also probably good. If we kept losing weight quickly, it might not stay off is my theory. The last ones are the hardest to shift!
I'd like to lose 3 or 4 kilos. It seems so small when I saw it like that! Compared to the 17 I've already lost. Am on a real detox at the moment after Christmas, just being very strict and eating healthy foods, as I'm heading to Melbourne on January 21st to the Aus Open tennis, and I'd promised myself that I could buy a new wardrobe over there, as my wardrobe is pretty limited now that I can't fit most of it.
Here's to all the hard work we've all put in to get where we are, and good luck to everyone trying to get rid of those last few pounds. As the OP said, now is the time!
