Hows this for a waste! I've been working out for three months and havent lost an ounce. I am there 3 or 4 times a weeks for at least an hour. I use a heart rate monitor to make sure I'm really working myself. My measurements havent so much as budged. I've gone through everything with a trainer to make sure I'm doing it all correctly. I've gone to a doctor to get checked, had my blood tested. I'm perfectly healthy. I'm just fine and dandy. (Other than my knee problems) I eat well. And I only leave the gym exhausted and sore for days. I've gotten no energy and no benefits whatsoever. I'm pissed.

But I keep going. Somethings gotta give, right?

That's some serious determination, girl.... and very inspiring for me. Thank you. I did my first session of group pilates today. My whole body feels like jello and I have no control over it!! lol
