I didn't go back to sleep after my BF went to work this morning. Instead, I did an upper body work out and did laundry. Go me!!

Silly, but this is a big accomplishment for me.

I knew I was going out to dinner with my dad tonight, so I had a small breakfast and small lunch. By the time we had dinner, I was so hungry that I pigged out (on an egg white omelet and potatoes). I am probably over my points, but instead of getting discouraged and bingeing like I normally would, I feel fine and haven't binged!

I'm rehabing a bum shoulder and it has been a looooooong road back to 100%.

Today, I did 22 bench presses

P.S: This thread is awesome! I love reading about all of our triumphs. Keep 'em comin'!

I wrote this before but it didn't post....?

I got back into a cardio workout today, after I haven't felt like doing one for the past week. I treadmill-ed it -- walking more than I wanted to, but I just don't think I'm fully back up to running-shape yet. I can never run the whole time (I have a spine injury so I have to be careful), but it felt good to work all those muscles and SWEAT!

Oh good. Last time I gave blood I got REALLY lightheaded. I hadn't thought to bring my own snack for after so I had to eat their nutter butters while lying there for like 45 min. I'm so bringing granola bars next time!

I've gotten through sorting about 1/4 of my paperwork which I've been putting off forever and a day, so today's the day I finally got around to actually starting the project. It feels really cathartic to have some of the useless stuff shredded (one big sack already!) and the paperwork I need to keep in an alphabetized folder.

I went to a milkshake and burger bar to exchange secret Santa presents with my girlies. All my friends had a milkshake, burger and French fries but I didn't give in to temptation, I got a large diet soda and about 15nachos. It could have been a whole lot worse!!!

iwannalose, for the record, I love peanutblossom cookies so much as well. I'm very glad none have presented themselves to me or else....well, it wouldn't be pretty.

I'm learning some new hoop moves. And after today (if I stay on track and I WILL) I'll have made up for the 1,000 calorie binge I had on Monday.

I could give myself credit for hooping everyday for... at least the past month but I can't stop myself, so I don't really count it as an accomplishment.
