Hmm. So far today:

1/2 leftover baked white potato cooked until crisp in a nonstick pan with 1/4 cup caramelized diced onions. Ham and egg sandwich: 1 homemade wheat English Muffin, 1 egg, 1 oz light breakfast ham, 2 T shredded light cheddar cheese, ketchup.

2 cups hot black tea with splenda.
