Default Maintained for an entire year! whoo hoo!
It just registered to me that I've basically maintained my weight give or take a few lbs for an entire year!!

I started out my journey at 230 and today I weighed 144. ( I have reached my 'ultimate goal' of 140 but it doesn't really want to stay there..which I think I'm okay with!!!).

I just checked out my weekly weigh-ins on my blog and a year ago from today I was 142.5! I must be doing something right! lol (Thank GOD for Aqua aerobics and zumba!!)

Doin my happy dance!!!

Well done that is so great.
I think maintaining for that period of time sets you on the road to keep it off forever, which in many ways is much harder than losing the weight in the first place

Thank you girls! Megwini Yes I feel great..I know I work my butt off with keeping active..i love the 'size' i am and I honestly don't care about 4 lbs. My original goal was 150 but I kept losing some and then just decided on 140.

Thank you everyone for your support..without 3FC I am not sure I would have been able to get through this.
