Today, I went to the gym for an hour and a half even though I had a ton of homework. I'm glad I went because I got a really good workout in

(i usually get something for my daughter then end up eating it with her.) i should've talked to that guy who was checking me out though. i'm such a chicken! lol

This morning I managed to actually get up in the dark and workout rather than snuggle in my warm bed like I have for the past two days.

Despite my lovely congestion, I got up and worked out for a half hour. Not a lot, but I couldn't breathe, and something is better than nothing ? right?

Same here! I didn't sleep well so I slept in this morning and ALMOST missed my chance to work out, but I got up and did it anyway, even though my cats tried to convince me not to!

And I'm going to a Phillies game tonight, so wish me luck! I'm packing some Fiber One bars to help stave off the hot dogs and cheese fries and god knows what else we'll find... And a bottle of water to help me avoid the beer! Argh!

Oh! I forgot to add - my coworker came in with a box of Entenmann's Pop 'Ems (I work for the company that owns Entenmann's so we got a lot of product) and I only had one! Even after he was like "only one?? Are you sure?? Are you SURE??" I was just like "I don't need any more, but thanks!"

I've been known, in the past, to eat an entire box of those things in two sittings, so that was kind of a big deal.

I don't know if it counts as a choice when it's still in progress... Thursday nights are my and DH's treat night out - it's the one night we go out to eat every week, so we spend a lot of time thinking about where to go, what to get, etc. And I usually follow that with a trip to Culvers for a chocolate custard blizzard with Reese's peanut butter cups (aka - 800 calories for the small...) to have while I watch Project Runway, but that's clearly got to stop. Tonight, I'm staying in and keeping my mind off of it by surfing the web and working on a dance I'm choreographing.

We had indian curry for dinner - meaning, samosas, giant naans, 3 different kinds of creamy curries, and tandoori chicken. A FEAST.

I took a deep breath, fixed myself a big salad and ate that first. Then, I grabbed a tandoori chicken, a 1/4 of a piece of naan, and put some curry on my plate. And that's all I ate!

So proud of myself, because I could eat 5 times that amount easily, if I wasn't being good! Indian curry dinners are my weakness...

Great choices ladies, this is really motivating

hmm, had nothing to do this morning so instead of sitting in front of my TV I decided to do some cleaning and organization around the house
