I'm all about the little things in life... I'm also easily entertained. I thought we could make a thread about little things we did today that was a small choice, but in the long run is a GREAT choice.
For example, today for my snack I realllllly, realllly, realllllly wanted to eat some of the cheese sticks left over from Pizza Hut, but I chose to eat a cup of grapes instead. Now, I don't have carb overload and I made a HEALTHY choice.
