Welll......
So apparently my stomach doesn't like Thai food - I got up to work out this morning and it was just...painful is the less TMI word. So I'm going to go to the mall tonight and walk around to supplement the only 20 minutes of running I got in. I've been using those steamer bags a LOT. They're just so simple - I just throw in a turkey breast and some veggies, zap it for 3 minutes, BAM - healthy meal that's like 3 points, at most. Which leaves room for ice cream.
I kind of slacked off on working out lately, but I'm determined to get back into it this week. I'm going spinning tomorrow morning, then there's a special 90 minute spin class on Friday that I will be attending. I'm just trying to take a day at a time - I got into the habit of saying "Oh, I'll go tomorrow" but now, no more of that.
