megwini - you look SO much like a friend I had when I was younger!

macky - I am 100% impressed that you managed to lose weight while moving! I also just moved across the country and I definitely gained, between goodbye parties with FAR too much alcohol, 5 goodbye bbq's, and then all the eating in the car.. it was terrrrible for me! Kudos to you!

I have a massive headache and do NOT want to eat anything, so tomorrow should be interesting, it's my official weigh in day.

164.0 i think my friday night binge has caught up to me. going to spinning class this morning, then another 100% on plan day while drowning in water.

swimgirl - i know! i was shocked. i had the going away food too, but on the road trip my mom and i didn't really eat too badly (no car food!) and we planned several hiking trips/activities to break up the driving. Plus there was the heavy lifting on both ends!

And as for me...
I was away in my uni town (the scene of the crime, the place where I gained 40 lbs over the course of university) from Wednesday to Saturday, writing exams. I stayed on a friend's couch, and her and her fiance ate like CRAP. It was bad news bears for me. But despite partaking a bit in eating like crap, I worked pretty hard at portion-controlling that crap eating, resulting in a loss of .4 lbs from the time I left to this morning!
Down from 146.4 to 146.0, and I'm going back to being perfectly OP, which will hopefully bring on the losses!!!

Jelbb - I was wondering where you were! Goin' thru a little withdrawl from your posts! congrats on the loss! Sounds like your hard work paid off, and way to go on controlling your portions! That is really such a good picture of you, I can't get over how much you look like Angelina Jolie!

dizzy - woohoo! Nice loss!

angela - darn tom! You are so close to 140, you'll be there in no time at all!

Blcarter - I hate TOM weight, hope it's gone for you by Thursday!

macky - thats good planning, our only stops were eating, sleeping and a few stops in the mountains for some pictures. Hiking would have been good idea, when we move back maybe! That weight will be gone soon, spinning class sounds like a great start to get it gone!

As for ME, I was down another pound this morning! Kinda shocked!! 257.3, I am both shocked and happy.. I have been working really hard at this so it's kinda like finaallllllyyy! My birthday is coming up, and along with that comes my family, my mom arrives on Friday, and my brother on Saturday, so I am worried about whats going to happen there.. must... be... good...

TOM arrived at 11:30 last night (its a good frigging thing I stayed up past 10) and I'm up to 198.2. I'm just ignoring it until its over.

I'm up 6 lbs since Friday!!!! :-0 We went on a small vaca but didn't eat anything rich or heavy, and spent all day yesterday walking around towns, meadows, etc. My head knows it's water weight from not drinking enough fluids over the weekend but my stomach did quit the flip when I saw that number! I think I'm hiding from the scale for a few days lol

DOWN to 162.6 - lost the binge 1.2 and another 0.2!

it's amazing, how sometimes, things just "click" when before you would have beat your head against the wall... like, previously: had a bad eating day? might as well have a bad eating weekend/week/month/semester/year, cause i just ruined it.

now: had a bad eating day? count the calories. resume plan. drink water. whaddya know? YOU'RE STILL LOSING!

Jelbb: Congrats at losing even at uni!
macky: Isn't that an amazing feeling? Saturday I unknowingly ordered like one of the most calorie-laden sandwiches in existance, and I still had a loss today! I ate like 3015 calories on Saturday because of that 1760 calorie footlong, and I was really angry, but since I didn't KNOW, I didn't beat myself up about it and moved on. I ate healthy that day for dinner and such. And yesterday I ate a decent 1700 cals. And today... I weighed in at 173, 4.5 pounds down from 2 weeks ago! WOOT! That means 2 sort of "milestones." As of 175, I hit my Slimmer by School Year goal, and I hit the weight that I weighed in high school, which is a BIG milestone to me. I kind of feel back to normal now, you know? AAAND, because I hit 173 today, I am officially...
*drumroll*
NO LONGER OVERWEIGHT!! WOOOOOOO! I'm just barely a normal weight now! Except I still have a humongous tummy so obviously being a normal weight isn't doing TOO much for me, but at least I can say I'm not overweight anymore, right? =D YAY I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!
