Why haaalloooo everyone!
Yesterday morning I weighed in at 149.6 after a week and a half long struggle between 150.4 an 151.0! I'm hoping beyond hopes that my body's ready to STICK in the 140s, so presuming it does, I'll be around plenty soon. Let everyone know what the scale says tomorrow. :) Forest... SLOW DOWN, WOMAN! How will we ever get into the 130s thread together if you're already at 146!?!?!? ;) |
Jelbb-Well I had a junk-tastic weekend that was kicked off by the VT brewer's festival on Friday night, so I have a feeling the scale will not be so kind this afternoon. I don't think the 146 was real, which is why my ticker hasn't caught up yet.

Oh dear...it looks like I gained 2.5 lbs this weekend. Probably not possible, bc I counted everything except for Sunday, which was bad but not horrible (but surely calorie surplus), and on the days I counted, I either maintained a deficit or pretty much broke even. I did increase my muscle building activities, and I'm pretty sore, so hopefully water retention has something to do with it (also no shortage of salty foods this weekend)...

Don't stress, don't stress! Anytime I do muscle-building jazz, my body retains water for days. I'm sure that's all it is. Don't let it get you down, lady. :) :hug: You'll be back to 146 is no time at all! As for me... 149 this morning! :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: I'm so thrilled that I'm in the 140s now... and so close to being back to my lowest weight in YEARS... back in 2nd year of university (I'm done 4th now..) I managed to get down to 147-148. Then ballooned up again... and then right before I left to go see my boyfriend (now ex) last December, I managed to get down to 148 again... but then binged out when I got to Ireland on beer and fried foods, and never got my weight loss efforts back under control again. This time... this time is different! This time I'm gonna keep going, and I'm gonna GET down to my goal!!! I get to take my next before-after pic at 143. :):):):):):):) |
I'm still hanging around the 148 mark! Which is good cause I went on 2 week long semi PMS induced diet vacation. I wasn't eating horribly but I wasn't even trying to mentally track everything and that gets me in trouble.
But I'm going to my friends cottage the weekend of August the 15th and that has got me back in check! Hoping to be 144 or lower by the time that weekend goes around! Gonna wear a bikini no matter what but by golly I wanna look smashing in it! |

And good luck on the 144 or lower! I'm gonna join you in that goal I think, because I should hopefully be somewhere in and around 148 in the next day or two, and I would ADORE being down to 144ish by August 15th!!!! 144 is my "No longer overweight" number, yay!!! :D Cheers to at least 144 in the next 26 days!!!!! |
The lowest I ever got was 161. 140! You gals are amazing! I am currently at 180 but I thought that getting down to even 165 would be spectacular. Any help from you "140s" would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

okay, back down to 148 at the gym today...not being meticulously OP in a clean eating sense, but have been keeping calories in the 1100-1300 range.
Wish I could stay at 148 without thinking about it :) weightlossxprt- One thing is to make changes you know you can stick to, so you don't get discouraged/burnt out and give up before you get to goal. |

Damn near double what you're taking in now. ;) We'll just keep working at it, and then we'll figure out what works for our bodies maintenance-wise later. NO STRESS! It's not allowed!!! :D |

I'm 148.8 today, a tiny little loss, but a loss that makes me EXTREMELY happy nonetheless!!! :D Long as the scale's moving in the right direction, I'm thrilled thrilled, thrilled! |

147, woot woot! Well done! And the body fat news, eeee! That's so fantastic! Are you starting to see any visible differences yet? I swear, I got up this morning, looked in the mirror and could almost SEE the curves of my chubby hips being smoothed out, hehe. :) I didn't really lose many inches from 156 down to now, so I'm hoping that the fat will start comin' off now in a more visible fashion. Ooh, ooh! Aaaaaaaaand..... 148.0 today!!! That's a minigoal, baby!!!! I'm back to where I was before Ireland last December, before I gained all my lost weight back! My next mini-goals are soooo much closer...!!! |
Jelbb- Congrats on the mini-goal! Well done :) I'm really bad at taking my measurements (i.e. there's a lot of human error involved), but I do have a pair of size 10 pants I want to fit back into that 8-10lbs ago wouldn't really close, and now are wearable in public with a tiny muffin top. I think I've lost about an inch of waist and hips. Right now it's coming off the hips a little faster I think. I think I might adjust my goal weight to 145 bc it's starting to come off my boobs, and I'm not ready to say goodbye to them just yet, LOL (not to mention I can't afford new bras right now).
I forgot to set my alarm last night so didn't get up for the gym this morning, but that's ok because I can do the workout tomorrow. The bf is coming over tonight so I'm sure I'll be getting some exercise anyway, hehe. |

...Ohhh, how I miss the bf exercise. :p And yeah, the weight DOES love to come off the boobs, doesn't it...? And... jesus, if you adjust your goal, you'll be all maintenance-styling in NO time (2 lbs!?!), and I'll be left alone in the 140s thread, lol! WHERE IS EVERYONE!? I swear, Lauren and kk140 and Skinny and the crew all better get in here SOON, lol! :D |
