She just really scares me with all the Splenda. Does anyone else have reservations about using that much artificial sweetener?

I kind of do the same thing with corn flakes - grind them up and use them for faux fried chicken or something. I do have to get her book.

The nice thing about her recipes is that you can modify them so they don't include soooo many "fake" ingredients, and they're usually still not *too* high-calorie. I've done that with some of the ones calling for artificial sweetener, because artificial sweetener makes me get migraines--definitely worth a few extra calories to not get one of those!

Ok so I finally signed in here and just read all of the responses! Haha, I'm so torn whether or not to get the book! And like many of you, I get artificial sweetener migraines also.

I guess with something tangible like a book, I'm more likely to use the recipes. Something about physically turning pages is so much more interesting than skimming recipes online. LoL! But I'm all about saving money, even IF it's $13. That's like, a tank of gas for me! LoL
