holy sore shoulders, batman. i usually don't get sore till the next day, but dayum. i guess writing on a chalkboard all afternoon didn't help much. guess i need to stretch better tomorrow
so, I've gained about 5 lbs since I started this. I'm on L2 day 13 and I'm starting to worry. I don't mind gaining muscle if it means I'm healthier, but I also don't want to go back up into the 170's because I worked so hard to get down here. Is anyone having a similar problem?
