Well I finished Week 1 on Friday!

Starting Week 2 tomorrow!
My plan is to do C25k on MWF and the 30DS on T & TH (as long as I'm up to it- I am not going to go crazy about it if I miss the 30DS, but I'd really love to be doing that as well) and then I'll rest on the weekends. Obviously this is flexible and the C25k is my top priority right now.
PMS has made this weekend hellish as far as food intake goes... It was really impossible to say no. Okay, obviously not impossible, but I didn't say no. I ate until I didn't want to eat anymore and BOY do I feel bloated and gross. Can't wait for W2D1 tomorrow morning to make me feel good again!

Been drinking TONS of water to flush it all out too.
