Personally, I don't think that sounds like you're really overdoing it, although obviously depends on what you're eating at mealtimes. If you're eating a snack because your body is telling you that it feels hungry and you need the food, I'd listen to it, just make sure you aren't eating snacks habitually (i.e. when you're not truly hungry/in need of energy).
Remember, the construct of "meals" and "snacks" is a completely artificial thing, one that us humans have essentially made up. The thing that is real, so to speak, is energy, and so long as you're not consuming more food than your body needs, you should be perfectly okay (whether that energy comes in the form of a snack or a meal).
I love cereal at night, it's so refreshing! But this is the only snack I'd say maybe isn't necessary. Unless you go to bed quite late and have an active evening, your body doesn't really need the energy from that bowl of cereal, a few hours before you sleep. If you're eating it because you're hungry, I'd consider making your evening meal a little bit more filling/satisfying.
This is completely just my opinion, and I'm afraid I don't know anything about WW really!
