Feral- I totally know how you feel! I definitely have those days! I know that you want it bad enough to stick with your plan! Remember, accountabillity makes all the difference! Tracking is such an easy way to be accountable! Have you used the new Points Tracker thread that someone started on here for us? It's a good way to just recap and be accountable to someone other than yourself. I hope that your week gets better!!!

Peatrix- Congrats on the loss!!! That's so great!

Petunia-The yogurt/bagel idea is Awesome!!!! Bagels are a weakness of mine, and this will give me a way to eat one when the cravings get out of control!

Okay, So went to weigh in last night and I'm down 1.8!!! I really thought I'd gained, because I've felt crazy bloated the past few days for no reason. I'm thinking about cutting down on sodium either way though!

Feral Glad have to you back!!!!! Hey we are are at the same weight! We can do this together. I promise I am here. I also drank alot (had a death) this weekend and I have been in the sauna and running my butt off tryna get back on track. I love the "vacation justification" thing. I am gonna totally remember that phrase for my vacation. Listen you are just going through a comfortable stage right now. You have to make yourself uncomfortable again. Think back and remember why you started this in the frist place. Did you not feel good about yourself? Did you grow out of your clothes? Was your health at risk? What was it. Then (on an index card or something) write three reasons why you CAN do it this time and why you won't give up. Write this on three different cards and keep one in your purse, desk drawer and somewhere at home. Whenever you feel like slipping just read those cards to get you back on track!!!!

Peatrix WTG Honey....as Bob says "trust the process"

Petunia That does not sound wierd and I am gonna try that soon. I love yogurt AND bagels why not try it together!!! I am jealous of ya'lls weather

Whiskey How did the weigh iin go? I am cooking the lentils tomorrow night , so I will let you know how that goes...

Joley Did you weigh last night also?

Feral and Joley- missed you girls!

Cake and Whiskey- glad you like the bagel idea! Bagels are a weakness of mine too (because, hello? They're carbs!!! Hehe!) so I was really excited at how yummy this was! I tried it with that YoPlus Blackberry Pomegranate yogurt that I've been liking... Mmm!!!

Well last night was um not good. My 2 beer plan turned into about 4-5 beers and a crapload of...crap... for "dinner" including pizza rolls, kettle chips, and a light grilled cheese sandwich (made that one myself while drunk). The good news is that the scale finally read 180 again this morning which is my goal for this week. I don't think it's a fluke as I'm not really dehydrated today (drank about 32 ounces of water between the bar and waking up this morning!).

We decided to walk to the bar last night, which was nice. There is a trail that passes by our house and conveniently snakes up behind the bar! I just checked and it was 2.62 miles each way... woo hoo! I'm happy I wound up getting my exercise in.

I've decided to put my official WW meetings on hold until things settle down. Saturday is the only day of the week we're able to check out halls, etc. for the wedding because everything is only open until 5 during the week. I'm going to make Friday mornings my official WI for now, even though I've been weighing at least every other day. Other than the St. Patty's Day craziness last night, I've been OP since Sunday so I'm pretty happy. If my motivation/focus disappears I'll get back into meetings.

Petunia WTG on the exercise!!! After all that you still managed to get it in!!! And I htink that is a good idea ..."if you lose motivation go back". Plus you got us and the 20 somethings tracker and I think everything will be fine.

Sooo... yesterday was okay... I think i stayed OP. (I didn't figure out my points for dinner, but fish and broccoli couldn't be too much) I'm still struggling with my water intake. Yesterday I did better, but I have this weird thing about our water. (It's pretty gross tasting) So I have to put it through my Brita filter thing and then stick it in a gallon jug so I can have it really cold in the fridge.

Anyways... Need to get my butt back in the gym today! (And possibly do 30DS for the first time today too?!?!) I don't have free-weights, but I do have these 5 pound weights that you can strap to your hands when you walk. So those are going to have to work. I need to eat breakfast before I go to workout, but I'm not even hungry...

Have a great day Ladies!!

Feral- tough choice!!! Keep strong, girl!

I was still so hungry after my Lean Cuisine pizza that I went out and got some tomato soup. It's that newer Campbell's V8 stuff in the little box. SO good!!!!

Whiskey Congrats on your loss! I felt that way too this week at weigh-in, but I still managed to lose .4! We're doing great!!

Petunia Wedding details are TOUGH. I hope that you find what you're looking for! Great job for staying on point this week!

Did AWESOME at the gym today (4 Circuits of EVERYTHING!) AND 10 minutes on the elliptical at the random setting, level 3! I've done well today Points wise also... Just had a pear and milk before the gym and now I'm munching on some subway for lunch...

WHISKEY Congrats on your loss! We must have posted at the same time this morning

Bliss Way to attack the samurai!!!

Feral Popcorn is awesome. But sometimes it is worth spending more points on something more filling like the PB and crackers.

peatrix - wow! that is an amazing weight loss! congrats!

Feral welcome back! don't worry girlfriend - you will get back on track! And I feel you, stress sucks. -- oh I love Kettle Corn popcorn. It's got just the right hint of sweetness to it. I buy the 94% fat free from Orville Redenbacher. Deelish!

whiskey woop! woop! you go girl! that is awesome!

cake I weighed in today. I lost 1.4lbs!!! This was an absolute surprise, so I'm happy and taking this loss and celebrating! woo.to.the.hoo!

petunia atta girl! I love walking. It's one of my favorite past times. Working in NYC has made me grow to love it. And yay for being on plan! that's what I'm talking about!

Bliss - have a great day yourself lady! wow - I admire you for eating before working out. my stomach is so temperamental so I have to have it free and clear when working out. Even drinking too much water makes it retaliate.

Alright ladies - have a great night! i'm going to turn on iTunes and dance! Holla!!!

So I had a bad-ish day today . I didn't go over my points or anything, but I ate dinner late (like right before I posted) and ate a snack right after that I didn't need and now I feel so gross. It's ironic because my meeting yesterday was about 'feeding your soul instead of your stomach', but this happened so fast that I wasn't even trying to identify the emotions that made me 'hungry'.

Anyway, I did discover a snack that I ADORE today! 1/2 c of lowfat fiber one cottage cheese (it's the same points value as fat free b/c it has more fiber!) and 24 Special K crackers, it's 3 points and SO filling! I just need to limit myself on the amount of servings (I've been known to eat an entire container of cottage cheese in one day)

AND: I'm thinking about starting the Couch to 5K program tomorrow. I discovered a fabulous trail around the bay in the city where I work, and it looks like a fantastic place to go. I know I need to get my exercise on! Oh, and I think my water retention issue has resolved itself, I feel less bloated today.

I'll try to get around to personals tomorrow, I'm wicked tired! Night girls!

Joley OMG you're in NY ....I am coming to visit!!!! WTG on the 1.4 **** yeah. I hope I get a big loss today!!! What you dancing to?

Whiskey its okay because we all do it once in a while. But now that you realized you will be waaaay more aware next time and will probably make a different decision

Bliss I like deer chili and deer spaghetti too!

Feral Funny story...I told you spend more pts on the PB and crackers cause it would fill you up longer rt....well I had some after my early dinner for a snack and it ended taking me over my pts by 2. I was pissy and then I remembered what I told you.....so It;s all good! How did yesterday go???

So as I stated earlier. My WI is today and I hoping for good results. Only went over my points once (last night by 2) and I ran 7 miles this week and not mention elliptical and DVD's. So I hope I rock it
