I used to do my workouts in the morning, before work and I would be violently hungry for the rest of the day, because I couldnt handle it, I switched to an afternoon/evening workout. Anyways, the best thing you can do for your body after a workout is to give it carbs, so what I recommend is prior to your workout have either a protien shake or even something as simple as a piece of fruit (nothing too sugary, something like an apple, berries, or an orange) and after your workout have a bowl of oatmeal, healthy cereal, or a bagel. Because of your workout, those carbs will be like they never entered your body they will be worked off that quick, plus a good starchy breakfast should keep you full until your next snack!
