3.4 is FANTASTIC!!!!

Today I was 169.0 for a loss of 1.2 for the week I believe.

I'm shooting for 2 this week!

I am at 148.5 (which makes it a 2lb loss), I almost made it to 148 next week I am hoping for 146.

I am at 193.6 which is a loss of 1.4. I will take it. A loss is a loss. I am with everyone else and going to aim for 2 this week.

Hello everyone.......

I am happy to report I have weighed in at 219.4 which gives me a lose of 1.6. I am quite happy with this because I had a pretty big lose last week and this brings me to meeting my 5% goal!!
