I would like to be 199 for my birthday, which is August 19th, also happens to be the week we are going on vacation to the beach. That would be 2 pounds per week, I think that could be doable! Especially since I've been losing about 3+ pounds per week now!
I am glad I'm not the only one thinking about summer!! I hate hate hate winter, and have been longing for some hot weather and lots of sun!!
oh girls I feel your pain. Right in Canada and stupid winter so gloomy. but somehow loosing weight during winter is easier than summer i think? cause winter is just ... a good time to lose weight in my opinion ahhaa.
Everyone has great goals for summer! I hope we can kee this thread up and see if we reached the goals (which i know we all will )
I will be 24 on april 29... so that's before summer starts, but it'll be pretty hot in the desert by then and i really, really want to be back in my size 4's without muffin top by then! That should be about 10-20 lbs.
and of course my bikini.... i have two and I can wear both of them right now but would NOT wear them in public. i'm very jiggly - need to tone up for sure!

Aww, yeah, I hadn't even thought about my birthday... Hmm... Well let's just hope that if I reach goal by the summer, that I'll still be AT goal by my birthday! Hehe! Good luck to all my summer-birthday sisters! (And, of course, everyone else!)
I have already purchased a bikini! But a word of warning to those hoping to wear bikinis the last 10 pound is HORRIBLE to lose, I've been working on it for months. I fit into mine fine but my stomach and thighs have too much meat on them. I'm hoping when my training goes into high gear and I'm running 35-40 miles a week it'll speed up the process. I think about summer allll the time I can't wait!
By June I am hoping to be at 140 pounds. So that means I would have to lose 33 pounds... If I keep up with my diet and exercise routine I think I should be able to do it. But I am hoping to be at 150 by May because I am going to Vegas!!
I would totally be in love with myself if I could reach my goal by my birthday. Which is May 25th....I will be 25 AND its memorial day lol. Lets hope I can some sexy dress for my b day
And as for wearing swimsuits...the stretch marks my son has left behind will never allow me to wear a bikini but I can still rock the tankini ...or at least I hope to
My goal is to be maintaining 135 in June. My goal is to be 140 by late April (B Spears concert) so that only leaves me 5lbs to lose from late April to June.
And my reward for this will be a new bikini!!! I'm totally thrilled by the idea of looking cute and toned this summer!!
And let me tell ya, I have a pair of True Religion jeans that are size 27s. I CAN get into them and button them but they DO not actually "fit", KWIM? I've been OP almost totally since I bought them! I think clothes can be really motivating!! When I'm tempted to overeat, I picture those jeans, hanging in my closet, unworn, and I put down the food and drink water!!

Im just bugged out that ive been in the 155's for 3 weeks now its really bugging me, but i wont let that bust me. I want my skirt LOL. i bought some pretty skirts from ASOS. And im determined to wear em for summer!

o man, i have like at least 4 pairs of jeans in my closet just waiting for me to lose weight. And a cute dress also. I'm afraid im not going to lose my 2 lbs for the week though! I went out to dinner with my fianc tonight.. i ordered a turkey burger and thought that was healthy.. but i looked it up on the daily plate when i got home and it was 700 calories.. i only actually ate 1/3 of it but i ate all my fries.. another 400 calories.. ick! so i may have to amke up and lose 3lbs next week.
I am going to hit goal this summer. Summer basically lasts from May until September here, so that gives me a pretty big target, but I'm really hoping I can do it by June 1st.
aware210 I am getting married in November (hopefully if all is smooth sailing with money). I wish to be at 150 by the end of July, but if that doesn't work out, I'd be satisfied at 170. I can always get my dressed tailored a month before the wedding to make room for more weight loss. Or just wait until October to purchase my dress. I'm not getting anything expensive or extravagant. I'm just going to go to David's Bridal and pick out something I like. So it shouldn't be too much of a pain.
So my goal is to be at 170 by the end of July. I'm hoping for more but I'll take what I can get since it's a 50lb loss. I'll need to loss 2lb a week / 10lb a month. I have done it before but I REALLY need to stay on track.
I know its going to be really hard to stay on track, but wont it be so worth it to walk down the isle and go on our honeymoons looking like we always dreamed we would?
and Im finding it harder and harder to stay on track. I slip up every single day. BUt Im going slow. I want to go as fast as i can but Its hard to let go of the things that I love. (food wise)
