I loved that dress, too, aware210! And yes, it's bittersweet. I found that my focus has drifted the last month. But I am sick of it and I'm kicking my butt right now. I AM going to do this and stay on plan. Why? Because I deserve it. We all do!

I would like to have a total of 60 pounds off by June 1st. (meaning I need to lose 56 more pounds lol).. That would put me at 185lbs. I'm hopeing by losing 60 pounds & getting in shape (some what) I can do some summer activities that I have always wanted to, but never have, or haven't since high school. Such as biking, hiking, rollerblading, swimming, etc...
That dress is beautiful!! I was originally interested in gettting an empire waist dress, because im so small under the bust, but in the long run i was worried i wouldnt be slim enough to pull it off.. and i need something to hold in my stomach and hips lol.. ( my butt sticks out so much one way, and my stomach the other.. so with all that flowy material i am likely to look like a hot air balloon lol)... so i think im going to go with the drop waist.Who knows what ill wind up liking when i try things on though lol. I bet that the empire waist would look lovely on you though! and such a great price!!
I have been having a bit of trouble this last week , because it was my TOM and i have given in to way to many cravings, but i'm back on track as of today and hoping to lose about 2.8lbs this week.
Also on a side note, im super exceited, i ordered an exercise bike today that will be here sometime before the 19th! I'm really happy that im finall going to be able to get in some proper cardio now! I am not a runner and the gym is to expensive for me lol.. and i have anxiety issues about all those people at the gym..lol.

Lalique: good luck with your goals!!!! I used to love rollerblading when i was younger.. i actually used to want to do it prfessionally, i wasnt half bad on a quarter pipe lol. I blame my over developed thighs on skating way to much during puberty lol. At least then they were toned! Swimming will be fun this year also. I plan on spending alot of my honeymoon, scantilly clad by a pool or a beach in mexico!
Ahhh the summmer! My June weight goal would be 160s. I can live with that. That'll be about about 10lbs a month or so. I would love to wear my shorts and feel comfortable showing my thighs. I would love to have knee definition!! Don't you ladies agree? To have your knees divide your calf and your thigh!!! ahhh THAT'S my goal!!!! Now to make sure I exercise for that! I'm focused man!
I keep picturing myself wearing a strappy camisole, jeans and pumps to dinner with my hubby. For some reason, it is my "goal" look rather than a swimsuit. If I could hit 135 by warm weather season, I would probably try the look.
I would really like to lose 60 pounds by late June but I know that's a little unrealistic, so I'll go for going down to 220. Anything is better than nothing at all. Yeah, but my BF wants to take me to Myrtle Beach around then and I haven't set foot on the beach in like ever. Well I've walked the beach in regular clothes but as far as the bathing suit thing and the ocean yeah, don't think I have since I was in like 7th grade.
OMG - i can't believe i've joined this forum for more than half a year now - and soon will be one year anniversary (lol). Time sure past fast.
back to topic, summer goal hmm.... I just want to keep up track and doing more exercises. I've been sick badly for 2 months - I feel sleepy everyday so i can't actually exercise much (and not eating enough either since i sleep most of the time) - So i just want to get back to my healthy body and get motivated because as a sick person right now, i dont have a thing in my mind to stay on track (altho i feel so guilty about not staying OP)
I went to Florida this past summer to visit my mother and my sister. I went to the beach a couple times but...I wasn't comfortable. Especially around all those thin surfer types. I am going again this summer and I want to look a lot different. I was about 245 when I went down there in August last year...So I'm sure going down there at 170 would be a totally different experience.
I would love to be at 140 by June... which is attainable if I could just frickin' stay on plan! Today = so far so good and that's all I can control right now so I'm happy! I bought a cute pink bikini with little white polka dots last year and never wore it because a.) it was too tight and b.) I wouldn't be caught dead all summer in a 2-piece! My goal is to wear it this summer on the boat!
...and I also just got engaged so I would like to get the weight under control NOW rather than later!!!!

I'm going to cabo the first week in june and I want to be at goal by then. I have 28 lbs to lose so I basically gotta get in the groove of 2 lbs per week. EEK!
