Oh ow.

weekends...
I always have the same daily plan... 1300 cals/ 64 oz water. On the weekends if I know I'm going out I count as much as I can and hardly ever go overboard...
Fri- I ate quite a bit of snack food because I was craving it but stayed under my calorie range. Then went to the bar which put me about 500 cals over for the day (I drink rum/diet so not a lot of cals for a drink- like 120) But then stayed out practically all night only getting about 4 hrs of sleep.
Sat- Ate right all day. Wasn't feeling top notch because of the night before so no desire to go bad food crazy. Went a party later though and had a few beers and some vodka. Ended up eating 1 slice of cheese pizza and some spinach/artichoke dip (that was pretty diet friendly- I made it myself for the party)

Then went to a diner later and had one slice of french toast. So didn't go crazy with the food again, surely still over, I'm about to go estimate cals in a bit... but stayed out all night AGAIN only getting 3 hours of sleep.
Sun- I'm BURNT OUT. have a superbowl party later and feel so blahhhh from the rest of the weekend that I will most definitely NOT be drinking or even in the mood to eat ANY party food.
So to sum up my weekend... I have learned to control myself pretty well. The was a bad off diet weekend and it wasn't even so bad. Every day I have been chugging water like crazy to rehydrate and flush out the bad stuff. BUT on the negative, food isn't everything! I didn't eat that badly but the lack of sleep and alcohol is taking it's toll on me! So I don't feel great because even though I let go a little on the food that's fine- but I treated my body badly all weekend by not sleeping and now I'm paying for it.
But hey, I'm young and I'm fun and in a way it was worth it!! haha
