Do you eat much sugar as it is? If you're eating refined sugar etc, it could be causing your cravings - even some sweet, dense fruits like mangoes and bananas can do it.

I usually find that the less I eat sugar, the less I crave it. If i eat it all the time and my blood sugar levels are
up and down instead of....

____________________ (neutral, controlled or something like it)

then I crave sugary treats all day long.

Frozen dates, if you like dates and use your imagination they can almost taste caramel-y, also weight watchers makes 1 point cookies and cakes that are good, and as well, diabetic or sugar-free chocolate is good (Reeses makes miniature sugar-free peanut-butter cups - almost like the real thing and 1 point each) Happy snacking!
