Wow! Since I've been on this diet, I've really cut fast food out of my diet. I used to eat it at least three times a week. I have only had it once this year, up until last night. A friend and I ran to Wal-Mart, and I hadn't had dinner yet, so I decided to run to Wendy's. I got a small fry and a Frosty (not the healthiest, but I still had enough calories left for them).
After I ate them, my stomach was rumbly and upset. And this morning was not fun. I got on the scale, and apparently I had gained three pounds in a day. TMI alert--> I quickly learned where those three pounds were after a potty break.
Anyway, the whole point is I have gradually gotten my fast food addiction out of my system and now I don't even want it after thinking of how it messed with my system. Yay! Small victory, I guess.
