  • I've been on my diet for 12 days, and went from eating fast food nearly every day to not at all. Now I don't even want it, makes me sick just to think about it. I mean, there are a few things I could eat, like Taco Bell, but a burger or chicken nuggets just sounds gross.

It's a liberating feeling, actually. I may be spending more on groceries, but I'm actually saving money and not tied down to the same 7 or 8 choices every night.
  • Fast food is going to be a big thing for me to give up. Soda also. But I've given up soda before, I can do it again.

I'm interested to see how much weight I lose by not eating the fast food. My job is so crazy I end up grabbing that a few times a week.
  • i can't wait until this happens to me. sadly, i suspect it never will. i never ate a ton of fast food (once or twice a month at my worst, usually just a few times a year), but i would totally KILL for taco bell, or a big mac, or krispy kreme donuts, or...ugh...i need to stop thinking about this.

I hear you. I get tempted at work so much. At least twice a week someone brings in donuts. We're always getting free food brought by and it's rarely healthy. It's hard to resist a free meal!
