I've been on my diet for 12 days, and went from eating fast food nearly every day to not at all. Now I don't even want it, makes me sick just to think about it. I mean, there are a few things I could eat, like Taco Bell, but a burger or chicken nuggets just sounds gross.
It's a liberating feeling, actually. I may be spending more on groceries, but I'm actually saving money and not tied down to the same 7 or 8 choices every night.
