Goals For January
I quickly figured out I can't do hardly any of the exercises I had planned to because I'm way too big & out of shape... So as of now (January 19th '09) I'm re-vamping my workout schedule for the rest of the month. My plan is to do the 30DS warm up & circuit 1 of level 1 each day for the next 6 days, and then the warm up & first two circuits of level 1 for the last week of the month. Also for the rest of the month, I will do a 30 minute walk in the halls of work on each of the 4 nights a week that I work. If I do this, I will do another 386 minutes of exercise this month. I have updated my ticker with this information. Starting fresh!

I want to be in really good shape when we TTC #2 in April. It was so hard to lose the baby weight with #1 and I dont want to go through such a hard struggle this time around!
