Remember that just upping your calories and decreasing your exercise probably won't cut it. You have to get ride of the mental side of it also. Simply eating more is a common wrong diagnosis when in your shoes. sure - you can eat more, but you won't feel any different, in fact you'll feel worse. Like I've said - see a therapist to get at the root of the issue. I love therapists They've made my life so much better! hehe.

I have been contacting people today for help and assistance. My personal trainer was the first port of call, I have also joined up to some forums and shall talk to my parents later on today when I return home.

My boyfriend is taking me out for a meal before we reach my home - argh!

I am getting help, I want to fight this, I am going to fight this, I am strong enough to get through this and maintain a healthy weight for the rest of my life.

Anorexia is not an "eating problem" anymore than depression is an "attitude problem." Anorexia is one of the most deadly mental illnesses there is.

I understand, but you shouldn't phrase it that way. You wouldn't tell someone they've gotten over flu so getting over cancer should be no sweat, right? It not only fundamentally confuses the issue it makes them seem like they're on the same playing field, which they're not.

I just found this thread, because, honestly I remembered some of your old posts and was worried about you. You seem so sweet, and I know you can beat this! I do remember your height from when you used to post it, but it's not my place to say it. I just hope you are finding help Big hugs!!!!
