So here's the deal... every Monday morning weigh yourself, and post your weight here (I've changed it to every Monday instead of every Sunday, it makes more sense, but it MUST be posted by Monday at noon to stay in the game).
Also post your final goal weight, and do the quick math to figure out how many pounds you are from that weight (Current weight [minus] goal weight).
Your team will have to elect a captain (soon!), and that person will add up the numbers:
1. Add together your team's total weight.
2. Add together the total number of pounds that need to be lost to get to everyone's goals.
3. Make a Red Team's total weight, and number of pounds to be lost this week... then next week, add in the total number of pounds lost that week.
Use this thread to get to know your teammates. Get everyone to dish about their eating habits, their workout routines, strengths, weaknesses, what you can bring to the table, and what you need help with. Give each other suggestions, encouragement, new ideas and strategize. Let's see it ladies. Which team can be the Biggest Loser?

Well I'm starting at 190 and I'd like to be 182 by the end of this. By the end of the week I'm shooting for 188.
I've been somewhat stagnant with my weightloss, but I should be getting 30DS Monday and will break though!
I'm starting at 183 but i'll officially weigh in monday morning, i doubt it will change though. I hope to be 176 by the end of this, and my goal weight is 160 so 23lbs. I've been doing the 30 day shred every other day and it helped me get out of my plateau! so i hope it works for you Raw23.

Go red! I'm currently at 200 and am aiming for 192 (8 pounds). I do 30DS too, and it's amazing! Wouldn't it be awesome if the whole team was doing 30DS?
As for a team captain, I really don't mind who it is. I work at the computer and I check this site regularly when there is nothing to work on, so I wouldn't mind being the team captain.
Hello Everyone!! I also do 30 Day Shred, I am on day 4 today of level 1. I weigh myself every morning and this morning I weighed in at 285 so I doubt it will change tomorrow morning, but I will post in before noon tomorrow if it does. My goal weight loss for this challenge is 9 pounds. I am okay with Robot or anyone else who wants to be captain!! GO RED TEAM!!!

I'm fine with Robot being captain too. I know that i would be unable to, as i'm in class most the day on monday's.
I guess i didn't really introduce myself before. I'm a mom of two young kids, my daughter is 1.5 and my son is 4.5. I am trying to lose the weight i gained with my daughter I'm also a full time college sophomore. I'm doing the 30 day shred, and i also have an elliptical i do when the kids go to bed. I own weights, a ton of dvd's and an excercise ball and i like to mix it up because i get bored quickly. I also have netflix so am constantly getting to try new dvds.
I'm calorie counting and try and keep it below 1600, i only drink water since everything else makes me sick but i still need to drink more, and i limit sugars (those make me sick too).
I'm excited to get below 180 with this challenge.
I've been looking around at the other teams and we need a banner for our signatures too! Unfortunately, i am very computer illiterate, so if anyone here knows how to make one, or wants to try, i think that would be awesome.

I am doing the 30DS as well, on day 11 total but day 2 on Level2. Starting Monday I am adding in TBL Cardio Max to my workouts. My goal is 150 and I am starting at 189. I hope by the end of this to be 180 so I am working hard.
I am having a hard time with staying above 1200 calories a day. I track my food on spark people and usually have to add in snacks to meet that, otherwise I am following my plan and committed. Any suggestions to up calories a bit would be great.
Noon isn't the end all and be all of the game, I won't boot anyone for not having it in by 12:00 on the dot... I just don't want teams to have people completely missing in action, hurting their team's weight loss numbers. Get'er in Monday morning when you can, or if you know you'll be busy, maybe Sunday sometime.
And how cool! Just about everyone is doing 30DS! I hope this proves to be an advantage for us!
I gotta tell you guys.. I'm really worried about being the downfall for this team. I haven't lost in weeks. I'll really try to break out of this stall though. Plus, I freakin pulled my Achilles tendon and haven't been able to walk since yesterday. I dont know what's up. Just trying to rest it. Which sucks, because now I'm really behind on my workouts. Ugh. Hope it starts feeling better - for all our sakes!

I'm so pumped up and ready for this challenge to officially start. I still weigh 200 and my overall goal is to be 125, so I'm hoping I kick butt and lose mucho amounts of weight in this challenge.
Hey Red Team! I was also in a rut with my weight loss but continued to lose inches. I believe that since adding 30 day shred to my workout it has helped with my weight loss. I guess I'll see what that stubborn scale will say in the morning. Good Luck with everyone's weigh-ins tomorrow!!
