You can take christmas day off from working out right?

otherwise I would recommend a DVD...there is a lot of 30 minute ones...

a walk seems like enough though

First, take the day off and don't worry about it, if that's what you want. A day off is NOT bad. It's good for your body.

OTOH, I got up Thanksgiving morning and ran a 5K (on my own, not in an official race), and that felt great. I'm thinking I'm gonna love doing that on holidays. So if you really think it would feel great to get up early and exercise, do it. It's your life.

But sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between "I would really enjoy a workout on Christmas morning", vs "I can't take a day off without feeling guilty." You have to figure out which one is going on.

And the walk after the big meal is a great idea, regardless of any other workout. It just feels good. I did that with my sister last year after the Thanksgiving meal. Not only did the activity feel great, I got a lovely visit with her.

No need to exercise on Christmas! Holidays don't count as exercise days!

I would recommend just enjoying your day off. If it bothers you so much that it's harder to enjoy your christmas without working out that day, explain it to your family and just do a 20 minute video.

your original goal weight was 126, and now you weigh 112. So yeah, I think NOT working out would be good, at least for one day.

No rudeness intended at all, but maybe you do. You seem to be taking it a little overboard. Maybe talking with a therapist or something might help, I do NOT want to see an eating disorder develope over this. You are skinny. 112 pounds is TINY at most heights.

Hey! So what do you mean... "your banned from working out on christmas"?? Is someone concerned about you and wants you to cool it? Why are you banned?
