Let's do it again!! I love these! It helps me so much & this is the week I need help - I'll be visiting family, so there will be many temptations & many opportunities to fall off the wagon, so I need you girls to help me out!
My plan is 1556 calories per day, at least 96oz of water everyday, & the 30 Day Shred.
Monday: Around 2155 calories, no water, no exercise
Tuesday: 1560 calories, 64oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 9
Wednesday: 2720 calories (holy ****!!!), 96oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 10
Thursday: A lot!!!, 88oz of water, 30DS Level 2 Day 1
Friday: ?? No workout. Rough day - traveling all day & then to the hospital to see my SIL.

I'm not sure on my cals, had another catered event at the club so I grazed through the evening. I don't imagine it was tood bad though.
No exercise.
Friday:
Probably only like 48 oz of water, if I'm lucky.
Didn't count cals.. graduation day! I only ate once but there was cookies and brownies involved.
I walked across the stage! I'm considering that my exercise lol.
Goals: eat under 1500 calories a day and track everyday, keep drinking enough water (3 bottles a day), cut out soda, exercise monday, wednesday, thursday, and sat/sunday.
Monday
Food: 1324/1500
Water: Not sure, probably around 2 bottles today
Exercise: Cycling for 45mins
Soda: 2 glasses coke zero
Tuesday
Food: 1440/1500
Water: not sure, probably only around 1.5 bottles
Exercise: training for 2 hours
Soda: None
Wednesday
Food: 1395/1500 calories
Water: Probably the same, 1.5 bottles need to kick it up
Exercise: 40 min walk
Soda: 1 glass (its so hard when its in the house!)

ugh, i didnt do so great last week so I think i need this!
Plan for the week: Not gain, no junk, drink water,c ompleste C25k week 2 and work out at least a half hour everyday!
Monday: 60 Mins of exercise total! Day1 wk2 C25k complete!
Tuesday:I dont remember doing anything but drink my water
Wednesdayay 2 week 2 c25k done, water, good eating

I did ok last week, but the scale isn't being as friendly as I was hoping LOL

I wanna join! Hi, I'm kind of new! ^_^ This week is going to be a little hard because it's finals week. I can't do anything on Monday because I will be in class ALL day!!
But on Monday I'm still gonna try to do my 20 jumping jacks everytime I get up...(it's a little embarassing at the school LOL People are like "What are you doing in the bathroom stall!?!?)
So my plan is...
Calories a day: about 1,200 - 1,300 a day.
Before work in the mornings: Barry's bootcamp (6 days a week)
After work at night: 30 Day Shred (6 days a week)
I already drink tons of water and tea (since the ol' boyfriend is Japanese.)
Jumping Jacks whenever I can fit them in.
I am in! I have been at a plateau for 2 weeks now! I may need to up my calories??? I will be trying different things this week... here it goes...

Chance.. good luck with visiting the family, thats always hard for me too! So I have a Q for ya that may be TMI but I'm gonna ask it anyway. I know you've talked about drinking masses of water quite a bit so I decided to ask you. I normally drink what would normally be considered a lot of water, probably 40 to 50 oz a day. (at one point I was drinking almost a gallon a day but I was also drinking lots of sodas and alcohol) I recently decided to almost double my intake to flush out my system, mostly because I absolutely love salt and pepper on everything!! And I'm willing to cut back on the salt but not completely get rid of it blah blah blah.. anyways, I am only 2 days into drinking 90+ ounces of water a day.(one 8 oz diet soda allowed a day I don't usually drink it, and no alcohol) Ok, I know that I'm gonna pee a lot but I seriously have poo'ed SOO much. Whats the deal? Is anyone else experiencing this with drinking that much water?
I've had stomach problems on a daily basis for years and I am supposed to take some sort of laxative, I don't, but I'm thinking now that they should have told me to just drink tons of water instead.

Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday - I was literally gone all day, so I'm just getting the chance today to sit down.
As for me, I haven't experienced the poop thing. I pee ALL THE TIME, but I have always been a frequent pee-er. But I think it makes sense that you would be experiencing that because water helps to flush things out. In fact, my best friend's baby girl has been having pooping problems & the pediatrician to her to give the baby a few ounces of water everyday to help her poop. So, there ya go! I guess it does help.
yeah.. I was kinda worried because my mom told me if you drink too much water you can literally flush all of the nutrients and electrolytes out of your system. I started getting worried about drinking that much water. But now I crave it.. although I"d have to say not peeing 300000 times today has been nice.
