kelli: You really shouldn't worry about drinking TOOOO much water. I highly doubt that you are looking into how to drown yourself. I drink 1/2 my weight in water (this week I have sucked at it) which is 92oz per day. I usually drink over that - a lot of days I get to a whole gallon, but that is certainly not a bad thing. Water is very good for you. In fact, I am attributing my not getting sick since I started all this in August to drinking so much water. I really think that is the main reason.

So, just don't try & drown yourself & you should be good to go.

Chance: this is a great thread, having to write down my exercise and calorie intake in a place where others read it has been great motivation. Is this something you do on a weekly basis?

Jackie: Someone started it about a month & 1/2 ago & we have just kept going with it. I love it even if no one else does. It helps me stay accountable having to say all the things I have done for the day - even when they are not good like this entire week has been for me! I always start a weekend challenge too so that people don't go completely crazy. You are welcome to join anytime!! We'd love to have you.

Did pretty well this week really stuck to my plan, writing this for others to see made me want to exercise more than usual. However, today was weigh in and the scale didn't move so motivation was pretty low, oh well I've hit plateaus before and the last few pounds are the hardest so it is what it is.

Bad week!! But I had kind of counted on that happening since I was with my mom. I'm back home now & ready to kick start the weekend. We're going Christmas shopping w/my husband's grandma next week so I still need to fit into size 12 jeans so that I can buy some new ones.

Hope you all did better than me!

I did great until Thursday night, its been downhill since then. I guess I just set my diet aside for graduation, I ate greasy food for lunch today but as of right now I'm back OP!
