One of my favorite breakfasts ever!

jen's green smoothie:
1/2 cup of OJ
2 Cups raw baby spinach
1 cup mango (frozen chunks)
1 cup flavored seltzer (you can use the artificially sweetened stuff or the unsweetened. They both work).
1 tsp psyllium husk
= 174 calories.

Yeah, it's not the typical smoothie. Nelie has another great green smoothie recipe. she uses carrots, too I think.

seltzer= sparking water.

I loooooove mango, naked as is. You're making my mouth water! I would be cutting that baby up right about now.

Afternoon ladies...so yesterday I stayed on point all day, and then overindulged on gingerbread cookies. Boo. That's ok, today's a new day and it's started off pretty well, aiming to grocery shop as our fridge is pretty bare now.

B- 1 c. optimum slim cereal w/ light soymilk, coffee w/ h & h, 23 oz. water
S- ezekial toast w/ sliced tomato and 1 slice cheddar melted on top
L- scrabled egg whites and greek yogurt cup
S- 1 oz. almonds
D- Pork chop w/ green peas and 2 cuties

Unsure of the total calories as I haven't tallied them up yet but I'll get around to it sometime today. Will aim to workout at least 20 min. on my lunch break this evening. Have a great day ladies.

Whatever crud I had on Friday has errupted into full-blown nastiness. Sore throat, stuffy, the works. I'm not counting anything, just consuming mass quantities of chicken soup and 7-UP and Emergen-C.
