Default And the scale says...

Two weeks into my new lifestyle and I got on the scale and I lost 3.2 pounds and 7 inches! I was so excited... and the sabotaging began (along with a minor donut binge). Then I had a thought this afternoon. I thought: I was working so hard at this because I'm getting tired of starting over ALL THE TIME!! I lost 25 pounds this summer and I binged myself back to my starting point and I realized that starting over and over gets tiresome. So tired of losing the same 20 pounds, I am going to stick this out and I went to the gym tonight instead of waiting until tomorrow.

Thats so good. Its easy to just say "well this day is ruined, I think I'll wait until tomorrow and eat healthier" but then you eat bad the next day.. and the next day.. Whenever I eat something bad I figure the whole day is blown!! I wish I could be more like that!

That is a great mentality to have! And it is going to be what helps you keep going & keep the weight off. I have been hungry a few nights because I have gobbled down too many calories earlier in the day, but I refuse to get back to where I was before. I just drink a whole water bottle & go to bed, so that I can get up & have breakfast & try harder.

You have found a great place to get lots of support you need. I have posted threads before begging for people to help me not eat something or find something healthy to eat at a restaurant, and within in minutes I have multiple encouragers! It's awesome!

I love these girls!!
