Hi all!
i figured our thread could use a new life!
so let's kick it up a notch!
i've been like off the wagon, so its time to put it back into high gear.
here are my goals:
1. stay on plan
2. work out 5 days a week
okay, we can do this!

im getting my evening snacking back under control again, by keeping a water bottle with me and sipping that instead of snacking, since i know my snacking is just procrastination
