I'm back up at school right now.. I'll be moving into my loft the weekend after graduation which is the 12th of Dec. I'm 6 blocks from the Power and Light district. Its a new thing they just built its a ton of bars/clubs/restaurants in a big circle with a courtyard in the middle. you can drink in the courtyard and go from place to place or just stay out in the middle its really cool and definently the "it" place to be right now. Although its rather expensive, so its a good thing I can drink at my place first! They also have a lot of concerts so its not just night life.
Tonight we're just goin to the bars in my college town.. cheap beer always is a good time! Esp when you know so many people (cause I've gone here for 4.5 years) it gets pretty crazy. I can't wait to have a change of scenery though and to go out and actually meet NEW people!
That sounds fun. Cheap beer and lots of friends will be fun. I loved living in KC and always found things to do. I'm not sure that I know where the Power and Lights district is, but sounds fun.
Icon: you can fight it! I want french fries so I stuck a piece of paper to my freezer that ask "Do you know where those fries are going?" to which I have to answer my butt, my thighs, my stomach and I don't really want it anymore.

Got my nap in...feel better, a little lethargic. Worked out for a half an hour watching last weeks episode of Supernatural--Jensen Ackles is sooooooo cute. I am going to have a binge free weekend for sure...I don't have any binge foods in my house...
i know i dont want the effects of it, but when its in little pieces just sitting there its always just one more, just one more, just one more. Im fighting it! Might go play some PS2 to keep myself occupied. Yes, i AM feeling oh so productive today
Congrats Kelli. I hope to be in your shoes next week. I interview for a sweet position, I would love to be able to graduate school and have job lined up to go to.
As for me, tonight I had some friends over and we played Catch Phrase, talked, had coffee, and generally had a great time. I feel really special this is the first time I asked a group of people to come and more than 1 person showed up. I feel like I really have friends now and not just acquaintances. Oh its so nice.
I'm having a praise Jesus moment, the federeal government extended unemployment benefits for 7 weeks on thursday. I am so excited, because I can still draw while I finish the last few weeks of school and wont be too broke.
Well i have to go and get my grandparents, they live down the street and their power is off and its like 22 degrees outside. I have power for some reason and they don't.
