Well done Jahjah!

I listen to a pretty wide mix when I am running because I have been too lazy to make an actual play list for workouts. I have a range from dance, to rock, to rnb and hiphop to really old music and then some classical stuff and gregorian chant lol.

I do run without music from time to time as well I just find music is great for drowning out the sound of my breathing and hammering heart!

I went for a run this morning, speaking of such things, and pushed out a bit harder - threw some interval sprints into it and got the heart rate up to 185.

I'm also keen to try out a new gym tonight...very much over my current one with the weights hogging men and no classes at times I can be there! I do miss my weights though AND my spin classes!

Its been a few days so thought I may as well post and bump this back up again

I've been running every day this week and feeling good! I even threw some sprint intervals in to spike the heart rate and went for a hill running session on Wednesday evening.
