Hey all - I posted my own little (need a buddy) thread but am not getting replies on it today...

THen I saw this thread and looks like exactly what I was looking for!
Tomorrow (Monday Sept 29) is my DAY ONE!

Anyone else just starting? I would like to get on here daily to converse with someone(s) on our next day goals and how we did today!
My starting weight is 165 and I REALLY want to be 140 by Jan 15. But I really need a buddy or two to push each other...and none of this, "Oh, it's okay if you slipped up today, tomorrow you will do better" crap - I need a drill SGT!
Tomorrow I want to walk on my breaks at work (two breaks, about 20 min each) and do Barry's Bootcamp DVD (lower body) in the evening. I also have planned out what I'm going to eat and would like to stick to it!
