Can you eat eggs and dairy? If so I HIGHLY recommend protein pancakes.
.5 cup of oatmeal (I do .3 and a spoonful of psyllium seed husks)
.5 cup of cottage cheese
4 egg whites
mix in a blender. Add some sweetener and cinnamon, or plain. Or some fruit, it's awesome with blueberries. Then fry like pancakes.
Soooo delicious, so much protein, and it really fills me up. Sometimes I have to take two with me to work because I get so full.
