Well, you got your fitness advice from a man, so i'm not surprised. What works for them usually makes us women fat or potentially manly looking. I think a lot of men forget they burn a lot more calories a day simply because of how their bodies function. The female friend I mentioned started to use it the same way her army husband did by drinking a shake three times a day and eating her meals with him the same as always, and even doing intense hour long cardio workouts 5 days a week. He got ripped and gained 20lbs of muscle in three months while she packed on 14lbs of pudge and couldn't figure out how it was happening. She thought she was pregnant, but it was the protein supplement.
LMFAO!!!!!!!! I remember the ranger school days fondly. My husband still wears those little green ranger school running "shorts" (I don't care what he says, those things are PANTIES or at the absolute most hot shorts) during warm weather on his 12+ mile runs. I like to make him do chores immediately when he gets home. I *love* watching him vacuum the stairs in those things.

Tell your ex to save himself some heartache and buy a big tub of vasoline for his 'boy parts' and inner thighs while he's there. He'll understand the first time he starts to feel the burn of a man-chafe...
