Diet buddy?
I think maybe having a diet buddy to talk daily (or near daily) might help me stay focused... Since I don't have any real-life friends that are much help (I'm the "fat friend" of my group).
Anyone have anything in common with me?
I'm 21, 5'2", 250lbs, looking to lose 135 pounds.
I'm not doing any particular diet right now. Just staying away from fast food, "junk food", pop, candy, etc.. Watching my portion sizes, trying to fill up on mostly fruits, veggies, & protiens.. And exercising (though I've failed to really start that...)
