This weekend went well - I think I mentioned the first C25K workout on Saturday, then I did 30 min on the elliptical after that. Yesterday (Sunday) I swam laps for 30 minutes...not terribly intense, but it was fun and at least I was moving. :)
Today I haven't been to the gym (yet) Hopefully I will muster up the energy to go in a few hours. I was up til 3am with a foal that had a ruptured bladder that really wanted to die but he did make it to surgery. Nights like that make me REALLY question why the h*** I didn't choose a 9-5 career! |
i LOVE swimming. Unfortunately, I never really swim fast enough to feel like I got a good cario workout though!
Well I have one of those 9-5 jobs (ugh) but I was up until 2am for no good reason and now I'm EXHAUSTED. Monday's are usually my big day at the gym (I do an hour bosu ball class and then a 45min spin class) I hope I make it to AND THROUGH, both of them tonight! |
I managed to get my butt on my elliptical at home for 30 min. This morning I could not FORCE myself out of bed, so I just took it easy. I ended up not working out yesterday, went out with a friend instead. So much fun!

I got my tushy up and went to the gym this AM. I did 33 min on the elliptical but just didn't have the motivation to do any longer. I decided to go back home and lay down a bit.
33 more min down though! I am head of goal so far! |
