I did nothing today. Legs were sore from the hike so I decided to give them a break. Hoping to head to the gym tomorrow for some cardio. WAnt to start weights as well.

This morning as I was getting out of bed at 6 to go to the gym I heard a big clap of thunder and then the rain just pouring on my window. Needless to say, I went back to bed.
I am going to aim for doing some yoga or something tonight. |
I did my weights this morning, and I *really* worked my arms 'til they were exhausted. Now I'm painting. That counts too, right? :D

Yesterday I'd planned to do 20 min weights and 40 minutes cardio but ended up in surgery then ICU till 10pm so...that plan failed. At least my patient isn't dead. (yet) Today I made up for it... 40 min treadmill, 40 min elliptical, 20 min weights. :-) |

I, on the other hand, am not. I was hoping to get in some exercise today but I JUST got home from work (10 pm). Got to love long days in the office. My alarm is set for 5:30 am. I am committed to going in the AM! |
Today I did another 20 min on the treadmill and 40 min on the elliptical.
I'm excited because I am SOOO close to the goal that I set for myself of an average of 40 minutes/day...1160 min for the month. Two more days to get there! |
WTG BernerDoc! That is awesome!!! I used to love setting those goals. I am going to do one for March since I like to start them on the first of the month. Until them I want to avg 30 min a day over the course of a week.
As for me, today I went to the gym first thing in the AM and did 45 min on the elliptical. I wanted to do more but I really had to get into work, I'm swamped still!!!!! |
I plan on doing Tae Bo before I go to bed. Exercise, then warm shower, then sleep, sounds so good.

I managed to get in a great cardio workout today! YAY! I went to the gym over lunch (I worked from home today). I did 45 on the elliptical and 30 on the bike for 75 minutes total. Whew!

wow...I don't know how you ladies do the elliptical for so long! Those things make me die!
Today I did: 15 minutes treadmill 10 minutes bike machine 10 minutes elliptical I'm still trying to get at least 4 days a week...so far I have two...but I am going tomorrow and saturday =) |

Today I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 on the treadmill. I also did 4 sets of 10 reps each on the adductor and abductor machines and tried a ab/crunch machine, again 4 sets of 10 reps..
So...that brings me to 1195 minutes of exercise in February, I made my goal and even scooted past the 1160 mark I set for myself! :-) Now onto March! |
You ladies amaze me, after 20 min on the eliptical I am pooped. Just today I have decided to try doing 20 min in the morning and 20 min in the evening. I wish I could do as much as the rest of you ladies, Im a wimp.

Kim, how did you do on the basic Boot Camp? I did that the other day, and my hamstrings are still uber sore.
