I finally worked out today! yay!
So I did: 20 minutes on the treadmill (speed 3.9) and 10 minutes on the elliptical I really wanted to do more but these guys came in the gym that smelled, WREAKED of body odor! and that was BEFORE they started sweating...it was so disgusting. Our apartment gym is really small today...so yeah it was unbearable |

I'm new here so I thought I'd jump in. So far this week: Monday - 65 min elliptical, 20 min weight routine Tuesday - 50 min elliptical Wednesday - 50 min elliptical, 20 min weight routine Thursday - 30 min elliptical, 10 min bike (yes, I admit it, I am an elliptical junkie...that's why I tried the bike today.) -Megan |

60 min. elliptical 45 min. strength training |

Today I did: 12 minutes on the treadmill (3.8) Then 12 minutes on the bike machine (resistance at 7) then 6 more minutes on the treadmill so 30 minutes exactly! I wanted to do the elliptical but some girl was on it! I really need to get a REAL gym membership!!! |

Nope. But I did yesterday! Lots of Bar Method strength exercises and stretches.

I managed to take 2 days off! It felt good to allow myself to take a break w/o beating myself up over it.
Today I have been a little rushed but I still got up early and ran to the gym (well, drove really) and did 30 min on the elliptical. Tomorrow I am going to do a 5 mile hike to the highest waterfall in GA. I am psyched!!!! I hope the weather holds up! |

Friday - 20 min treadmill, 28 min elliptical - 48 min Today (Saturday) - 20 min treadmill, 40 min elliptical, 20 min weight routine - 80 min Tomorrow (Sunday) - is technically my "day off" but we (my dogs and I) will be training for an upcoming trial so that will involve 20 minute bouts of me running after a dog running after sheep so...it'll be *some* cardio :D -Megan |
I just came back from the gym and did a WONDERFUL aerobics class! I thought the teacher was going to kill me. I was in such sweaty agony. It was really awesome because she was SO enthusiastic that i did NOT want to stop! I pushed through and made it through the entire hour!

I went hiking today up a waterfall. It was awesome!!!! Pushed myself to go even higher!

Good job to all. Today is day #1. I did 1 hour of Carmen Electra Workout. It is amazing! Do it, if you can get your hands on it. Tones well. Look forward to hearing more from all of you! |
