what i notice is when i feel self conscious about my weight i feel more self conscious that people are staring at what i eat (and judging me). but theres only so much you can do!

i think what youre eating sounds great. and in the longrun who cares what they think? boo on them for not having better manners anyways!

good luck hun!

everyone needs to eat. every single person. so dont ever feel guilty for eating or for having a treat. BUT if you are feeling guilty when someone sees what you eat maybe its time to assess? maybe youre really feeling guilty abotu the treat because you dont think you should be eating it? if thats the case skip it and grab something healthier! but because of what you think and not what they think?

make any sense?

good luck!

My co-workers tease me all the time...but usually later I get lots of props from them when no one one else is around, they'll commend me on my "self control" and wish they good be that "good"....

I hope your coworker are secretly harboring admiration for you and they aren't just a bunch of jerks.
