I'm sticking with it today - because I see and feel a difference. because I got on the scale this morning and was #10.1 down from the beginning of my journey. Also putting me only #8.7 away from my Dec. goal. (Official weigh in isn't until Friday though)
Also I beat my exercise goal for Nov. And I have 8 weeks to train for the 5K Frozen Blueberry.
Mostly - because I can think of more reasons to stick to it then to give up!
