Arrrrgh. I didn't do it. I didn't work out last night. I was up until 1:30 in the morning the night before working on my costume and I was so tired last night that it didn't happen.

I'm starting over. This thread will not die until I do 30 days straight!!!

Day one is tonight!

How am I supposed to do this if I can't even keep the commitment for 6 days???

Haha, I feel the same way. But, I know it can be done. My older sister does it EVERY DAY and has worked out EVERY DAY for years.

Last night was a no go for me, too. But, I'm going to the gym today for sure. Starting over. . . I think once I get 10 days in I won't mess up becuase I'll be determined to not have to start over at that point.

Can I join your thread? I got my big butt on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a fast walk. Tomorrow I'm planning on doing some turbo jam.
Amber- I'm agree that if I workout for 30 days then it will become a habit. I'm going to do some form of exercise for 30 days. Then I'll try to step up what kind of workout. Even if I end up doing 30 days of 30 minute walks that's still better than nothing

Ohhh can I be in? Sounds challenging but something I have to do. I should be able to power walk 30 minutes on rest days - not just sit on my *** all day!!!!

Everybody can be in.

I'm starting over yet again today. Here goes. Today is day 1 of 30. This starting over thing is making me mad. So, eventually I'll get so mad at myself I'll be SURE I go every day.

There's no way I'm going to be able to go today....spine injury is flaring up and I've got work at 4 :-\.

But I WILL be eating healthily all day.

OK. So, TODAY was day 1 of 30. But, I'm back on track. Only 29 more days to go.

Day 1: 25 minutes of 5K training, 5 minutes on exercise bike. And, it's only 9:30 in the morning. Yay! I have the rest of the day free.
