Hi guys! I'm new around here, and have been posting in the weekly thread, but was hoping ya'll could help me get to know you better! Maybe if everyone could post up where they're from, what they do, and what kind of weight loss plan they are on? I'm interested to hear what everyone else is doing to take off the pounds and how successful it's been!
I'm 22 and a teacher from Texas. I'm on day 8 of the 5-factor diet and fitness plan. I am following the diet during the day and at night cooking low-calorie meals so that my boyfriend and I can eat together. I do the cardio/weight workout 5 mornings a week, and also try to slip in some pilates and ab workouts where I can. In my first week I lost 3.6 pounds, yay! I'm am trying to only weigh myself once a week, because I don't want to get obsessed with the scale.
