I weigh myself just about every morning right after I get up and before I get in the shower, stark naked The weight does fluctuate, but I expect it to depending on what I ate the day before, what TOM it is, etc. I don't COUNT my weight until Monday night at 7pm when I don my "Weight Watchers Uniform" (try to wear the same thing every week!) and go into the meeting for weigh-in.
I try very hard to only weigh myself once a week. The daily fluctuations can be either really really uplifting, or really really discouraging. If I find myself tempted to eat something I shouldn't during the week, sometimes I will use an unrecorded weigh-in for motivation. If the number is a little smaller, I am encouraged to keep the number down......if the number is a little higher, the idea of eating more pretty much grosses me out.
I weigh myself everyday. I don't let the fluctuations discourage me though because my "REAL" weigh-in day is usually on Sunday. So that is the day that I "value" the most. The other days are just me being curious!

my weight flucuates all the time depending on what i ate the day before. for instance, when i eat beef the scale can go up about 3lbs. i know i have not gained 3lbs but that's what the scale says. after about 2 days of eating right it will go back down to my true weight, which right now is 188.
i'm not really addicted but i use it as a challenge. like i'm trying to see 187 this week so i'm going to work extra hard. i take it 1lb at time.
I weigh myself everyday, first thing in the morning, naked and after I have gone to the bathroom. I take my official weight on Monday mornings, and use the other weigh-in's to keep myself on track and motivated.
I weigh myself every Sunday morning. Just once a week, because I get really discourged to see my weight going up and down or staying the same if I weigh every day.
